Customer acknowledges that the information provided on the application is true, complete, and authorizes the verification of any and all information on the application. Customer information may be released during the verification process.
Customer grants permission for a review of customer’s personal credit history which may be obtained from a national credit reporting agency. If customer defaults on this loan, the creditor may report the default and related information to the Credit Bureaus.
Customer represents that the customer is not, as of this date of this application, a debtor under any type of proceeding whatsoever in bankruptcy.
Customer authorizes Cash Direct, Inc. and it agents to send email to my email address and/or text messages to customer’s cell phone.
Customer understands that standard text messaging rates may apply to any messages received from Cash Direct, Inc. Customer may revoke this permission in writing at any time. Customer agrees not to hold Cash Direct, Inc. liable for any electronic messaging changes or fees generated by this service. Customer also agrees that in the event my cell number, cell provider and/or email address changes, customer will inform Cash Direct, Inc.
Cash Direct, Inc. may verify any and all information submitted on the customer’s application. This information may be used for file maintenance and debt collection purposes.
Cash Direct Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason, including the making of any false, misleading or incomplete statements.
